We’re looking for someone who’s super organized to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant and help our CEO with both administrative and bookkeeping tasks. Ideally, we want someone who’s experienced with calendar management, scheduling, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), purchasing, and bank reconciliation. If you’ve worked with the Proshop ERP system before, that’s definitely a bonus!
The role has a mix of responsibilities. On the administrative side, you’ll be managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, prioritizing calls, tracking job assignments, and responding to job requests or sales leads. Then there’s the bookkeeping part—handling invoices, tracking receivables, reconciling customer accounts, processing vendor invoices, managing purchasing, doing monthly bank reconciliations, and even helping with tax filings and audits.
