As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist to support our financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
As our Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for invoicing, maintaining financial records, and managing data entry tasks to ensure our financial operations run smoothly. This is a remote role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and experience in bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately (through Xero)
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Data entry & record-keeping
• Enter and update financial data in accounting software
• Maintain organised and accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Administrative support
• Assist with financial queries and reporting requests
• Work closely with the finance manager to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial data entry experience
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy in financial records
• Communication: Strong English skills, both written and verbal
• Reliability: Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Time Zone Compatibility: Availability to work with Sydney business hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM AEST/AEDT)
