We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper and Financial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and payroll management, along with advanced proficiency in Excel. This role is critical in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring seamless operations across our financial processes.

Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping tasks e.g. recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between records and bank statements.
Create, manage, and analyze Excel documents for financial tracking and reporting.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
Assist with financing activities and provide support in preparing financial reports.
Collaborate with tea
Qualifications:
Solid background in accounting or related financial disciplines.
Proven experience in bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in payroll management systems and familiarity with accounting software tools. (Preferably)
