JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our vacation rental team, focusing on direct bookings through social media. As our Booking Coordinator, you will play a key role in identifying and communicating with potential tenants, primarily through Facebook groups.

Main Responsibilities:

- Actively monitor and engage in relevant Facebook groups for vacation rentals
- Identify and connect with potential renters
- Handle booking inquiries and manage the booking process from start to finish
- Provide excellent customer service with quick response times
- Coordinate bookings and ensure a smooth rental process

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Comfortable working with social media, especially Facebook
- Strong computer literacy and experience with digital tools
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
