???? About Us:
We are a real estate coaching and consulting company looking for a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage our financial records. We use QuickBooks Online, Dext, PayPal, and Stripe, and we need someone who can keep our books clean, reconciled, and up to date.

???? Responsibilities:
? Record & categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
? Reconcile bank accounts, PayPal, Stripe, and credit cards
? Upload & organize receipts using Dext
? Track & manage accounts payable & receivable
? Generate monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
? Identify and flag missing transactions or discrepancies
? Assist in preparing financial records for tax season
? Provide weekly/monthly financial summaries

???? Requirements:
???? 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with international clients)
???? QuickBooks Online experience (Certified ProAdvisor is a plus)
???? Dext experience (must know how to categorize and manage receipts)
???? Familiarity with Stripe & PayPal reconciliation
???? Strong attention to detail & accuracy
???? Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
???? Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

???? Preferred Qualifications:
?? Experience with corporate bookkeeping (we are a corporation)
?? Previous experience working with real estate or coaching businesses (bonus)
?? Ability to automate financial processes and improve efficiency
