We’re looking for recruiters who love blockchain, Web3, and the challenge of finding top-tier talent in the crypto space!


Your Role:
- Find Top Web3 Talent – Source, engage, and recruit blockchain developers, engineers, and marketing professionals.
- Lead the Hiring Process – Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage onboarding.
- Optimize Our Hiring Strategy – Manage job boards, create compelling job posts, and refine our recruitment pipeline.
- ATS System Mastery – Utilize Manatal and other applicant tracking tools to streamline the hiring process.


What You Bring:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience – Preferably in blockchain or tech.
- Deep understanding of blockchain/Web3 hiring – Knows where to find top crypto talent.
- Tech-savvy with ATS experience – Must be comfortable with job board management.
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to connect with candidates and sell Energi’s vision.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in blockchain/Web3 recruiting
- Familiarity with crypto tools (MetaMask, Manatal, Google Workspace)
- Passion for decentralized technology and crypto adoption
