Blender Animator for Creative Projects

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Blender animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations for various creative projects, including product demonstrations, explainer videos, and character animations. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
Create stunning 3D animations using Blender.
Model, rig, and texture assets as required for animation projects.
Collaborate with our team to conceptualize and storyboard animation ideas.
Ensure animations meet project requirements and deadlines.
Make revisions based on feedback and maintain a high standard of quality.

Requirements:
Proven experience in 3D animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing Blender work.
Proficiency in Blender for modeling, rigging, texturing, and animation.
Ability to understand and follow creative briefs and project guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
(Optional) Experience in other software like After Effects, Unity, or Unreal Engine is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in character animation and lip-syncing.
Knowledge of rendering and compositing workflows.
Familiarity with visual storytelling and cinematic techniques.
