Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate or associate graduate.
• Certified Public Accountant (active license) highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working remotely
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop
• Ability to work in alignment with Sydney, Australia business hours
• Excellent communication skills

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing and Accounts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle invoicing, account reconciliation, and payment follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism. If you have a strong background in finance or accounting and thrive in structured environments, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare invoices using Aroflo and Goodmans software (or similar accounting software) for senior staff review.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments, ensuring timely collection.
• Maintain organized financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with senior staff to resolve discrepancies and provide financial updates.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Aroflo and Goodmans preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working remotely with minimal supervision is a plus.
