Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Billing Specialist to oversee all billing operations within our organization. This critical role ensures accurate invoicing, subscription management, and timely payment processes while handling disputes and inquiries with professionalism. The Billing Specialist will work closely with multiple teams to streamline financial operations and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing Operations Management: Oversee invoicing, subscription creation, and manual billing tasks to ensure accuracy across platforms.
Dispute Handling: Monitor and respond to chargebacks and disputes on Stripe, PayPal,
Daily Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports summarizing new customers, revenue, disputes, and refunds.
Client Communication: Address inquiries regarding cancellations, subscription pauses, adjustments, and invoice requests promptly and professionally.
Ticket Resolution: Manage billing-related tickets via
Retention Audits: Conduct audits to verify the proper status of canceled accounts, ensuring no unnecessary charges and accurate tagging in CRM systems.
Cloud Campaign Audits: Maintain accurate tagging and monitor workspace activity to ensure consistency across client accounts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in billing, finance, or a related role.
Proficiency with payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal,
