Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to join our team as a Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Female only). This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, efficient in handling data gathering tasks, and has strong research and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Gathering Tasks: Collect and organize important data related to portfolio management, including client information, CRM performance, and competitor strategies.
- CRM Research (Pro and Con): Conduct detailed research on CRM platforms such as
- Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Handle inbound client calls professionally and efficiently. Make minimal outbound calls to reach clients using a script provided, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
- Daily Blog Post: Write and publish a daily blog post related to portfolio management, business, or industry trends. Basic writing skills are required to ensure the content is clear, engaging, and professional.
- Social Media Posting: Post relevant content on social media platforms, including updates on services, industry news, or client success stories.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand industry trends, strategies, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and [insert second language here] (written and spoken).
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Basic Writing Skills: Ability to create clear and engaging blog posts and social media content.

- Phone Etiquette: Professional inbound call management and minimal outbound calling experience with a focus on client interaction.

- Competitor Analysis: Experience with competitor research and analysis in a business context.
