JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who is fluent in Spanish and English and has experience with GoHighLevel (GHL). This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual who excels in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting while leveraging GHL to optimize processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in Spanish and English to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage pipelines, automate workflows, and track lead interactions.
• Follow up with warm leads, nurture client relationships, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
• Utilize proven scripts and strategies to engage with potential buyers and sellers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and conversions in CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Proven experience as an ISA, cold caller, or sales representative in real estate or a similar field.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) – setting up campaigns, automations, and lead tracking.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
• Familiarity with real estate processes and lead qualification is a plus.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a real estate brokerage or sales team.
• Understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation within GHL.
• Experience with other CRM tools and lead management systems.
