"Basketball Team Sales Representative – Commission-Based

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated sales representative to sell custom basketball uniforms to AAU teams, high schools, and recreational leagues. This is a 100% commission-based role, meaning you get paid based on your performance. The more teams you close, the more you earn.

If you have experience in sales, lead generation, or outreach, this role offers a high earning potential with no cap on commissions.

Responsibilities
Contact basketball coaches and team directors (AAU, high school, rec leagues) through Instagram, Twitter, and email
Follow up with warm leads and answer inquiries about team uniform orders
Close deals and process team orders (we handle production and shipping)
Track all leads in a simple CRM (Google Sheets) to ensure follow-ups
Hit a monthly sales target of 6–10 teams
Compensation (Commission-Based)
Earn 5% commission per closed team order
Average order = $69–$109 per uniform (10–15 sets per team)
Commission per closed deal = $41–$65
Close 10 teams per month = $535+ in commissions
Top performers can earn $800–$1,000+ per month
This is a performance-based role with no limit on earnings. The more teams you bring in, the more you make. Bonuses may be offered for high performers.

Requirements
Experience in sales, lead generation, or cold outreach
Strong English skills (written and verbal)
Familiarity with Instagram and Twitter for outreach
Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred
Ability to work independently and hit monthly sales targets
