JOB OVERVIEW

Yo, hoop dreams start here! We’re on the hunt for a basketball fanatic to step into the game as our Basketball Success Manager. You’ll be the MVP of our online community, hyping up new members, showing them the ropes, and making sure they feel like all-stars from day one. Got a knack for ballin’ and talking shop? Perfect—because this role is all about creating a slam-dunk experience for our coaches and players.

Think of yourself as the floor general—keeping the playbook tight, running the offense (AKA managing our CRM and community), and always being ready to assist the team. If you’re someone who lives and breathes hoops, loves building connections, and knows how to bring the energy, we want you on the squad. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to build a community that’s got game for days.


Key Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement & Management
-Act as the main point of contact across WhatsApp, Facebook, and SKOOL communities
-Foster a positive, supportive environment by moderating discussions, answering questions, and resolving issues

2. Customer Onboarding & Support
-Welcome new customers to the program, ensuring smooth transition and setup
-Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide timely support

3. CRM Administration
-Maintain accurate records of customer data in the CRM system
-Update and track client information, including payment status and program progress

4. Administrative Duties
-Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, file management, and record-keeping
-Assist with bookkeeping and payroll (training provided)
-Perform ad hoc duties and support leadership with miscellaneous tasks

5. Marketing Assistance
-Help create and schedule social media posts across various platforms
-Utilize AI tools and Canva to develop engaging content and visuals
-Collaborate with the marketing team to share ideas and support promotional efforts

6. Sales
-Follow up emails
-Outreach - Phone, email, text


Key Attributes:
-Basketball Knowledge: Must have played or coached basketball.
-Good Communication: Must speak and write English well.
-Tech Skills: Know how to use a computer, social media, and tools like Canva.
-Friendly and Organized: Be patient and keep track of details.
-Eager to Learn: We will teach new tasks, but you should be open to learning.


Formal Education & Experience:
-A college degree is helpful but not required
-Experience coaching or playing basketball is required
-Any background in customer service or admin work is a plus
-Training Provided

Additional Details
Location: Work from home (remote)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Philippine Time)
Starting Bonus: PHP 10,000
Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and internet connection
