Backend JavaScript Developer

We’re a U.S.-based incubator focused on tech ventures. We’re looking for a JavaScript dev who’s comfortable with Next.js, integrating CMS tools like Sanity or Payload, creating API calls, and hooking up backend-as-a-service platforms like Supabase.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain Next.js apps
- Integrate CMS platforms (Sanity, Payload)
- Set up BaaS solutions (Supabase)
- Create and manage REST or GraphQL APIs
- Collaborate with the team on new features and improvements
- Troubleshoot and optimize for performance, scalability, and security

What We’re Looking For
- Solid JavaScript experience (3+ years preferred)
- Proven track record with Next.js
- Experience integrating headless CMS solutions
- Comfort with Supabase or similar BaaS tools
- Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Good communication skills and a team-first approach

Nice to Have
- Experience with Node.js or other server-side JS frameworks
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with test-driven development and CI/CD
