About Us
EMU Data PTY LTD is a fast-growing IoT solutions provider, specializing in smart water management through digital water meters. Our devices communicate via the local 4G network, helping customers monitor water usage, detect leaks, and reduce costs.

The Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of both our backend infrastructure (AWS-based) and our frontend web customer portal. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development (AWS & IoT)
Develop and optimize data processing pipelines for IoT devices sending data to AWS S3.
Design, build, and maintain APIs and cloud infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
Ensure high security, performance, and scalability of the backend.
Frontend Development (Web & App)

Further develop our customer portal, enabling users to view and manage their IoT devices and data.
Create a customer application (web-based or mobile) to improve user interaction.
Implement clean UI/UX with modern frontend frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
AWS expertise – S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IoT Core.
Backend development – Python, Node.js, or Go.
Frontend development – React, Vue.js, or Angular.
API development – RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
Mobile/Web App Development – Progressive Web Apps (PWA) or mobile frameworks.
IoT Data Processing – Handling real-time or batch data from IoT devices.
Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
