Backend Automation Specialist - Campaigns & Social Media Messaging Integration

We’re looking for a skilled Backend Automation Specialist to join our team! This role will focus on setting up and optimising backend automations for marketing campaigns, specifically using ConvertKit or Klaviyo. Additionally, we need expertise in building out ManyChat flows for Instagram to enhance our social media messaging strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, set up, and maintain email campaign automations in ConvertKit or Klaviyo, optimising for engagement and conversion
Integrate automated workflows across email and social media platforms, focusing on seamless customer journeys
Develop and implement ManyChat flows for Instagram, creating engaging, on-brand interactions that drive conversions
Regularly monitor and refine workflows to maximise efficiency and performance
Work collaboratively to support the marketing team in achieving automation and messaging goals
Requirements:

Proven experience with ConvertKit or Klaviyo for campaign automation and email marketing
Strong expertise in building and optimising ManyChat flows, especially for Instagram
Ability to troubleshoot and improve automated workflows to enhance campaign effectiveness
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and customer journey mapping
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
