Powers Painting & Decorating is a top-rated painting company with over 600 ????? Google reviews. We take pride in our craftsmanship, professionalism, and strong customer relationships. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Back Office Ninja to help streamline operations, manage leads, and assist with marketing efforts—all while keeping us organized and ahead of the game.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will be a mix of administrative support, lead management, and content coordination. Responsibilities include:
> Phone & Lead Management: Cover Carla on the phones, assist with incoming leads, track and update lead status, and follow up with prospects
> CRM & Data Management: Organize and manage lead platforms, update information, and track results
> Marketing Support: Upload content for our marketing company, schedule organic posts on Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and other platforms
> Content Creation: Organize, upload, and put together videos and photos for organic posting
> Job Costing & Expense Tracking: Help with job costing and tracking in Google Sheets, manage all receipts and expenses in QuickBooks
> Email & Communication Management: Handle customer inquiries, respond to leads, and keep email communication running smoothly
> Photo & Video Management: Ensure job photos and videos are properly organized and uploaded daily
> Process Optimization: Bring new ideas to the table and execute them independently



What We’re Looking For
> Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional for phone calls)
> Tech-savvy and detail-oriented—you know your way around Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and CRM systems
> Proactive problem solver—you don’t wait for direction, you take initiative
> Strong organizational skills—able to juggle multiple tasks and keep things running efficiently
> Marketing & social media familiarity—experience posting on social platforms and handling content uploads
> Ability to work independently—we need someone we can trust to get things done without micromanagement

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Would Be Awesome!)
> Basic video editing & content creation skills
> Experience with lead tracking & sales follow-ups
> Bookkeeping knowledge
