BIM Product Manager

Position: BIM Product Manager

RD Studio is a leader in creating high-quality Revit families and innovative Revit Plugins for a global marketplace. We are looking for a forward-thinking BIM Product Manager to spearhead the development of our digital products and guide our future plugin projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful launch.
- Lead the research, development, and strategic planning for new Revit plugins.
- Collaborate closely with BIM modelers, developers, and designers to drive product innovation.
- Conduct extensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for product improvement.
- Create detailed briefs and lists for new Revit family collections based on market insights.
- Ensure all products meet RD Studio’s high standards of quality, usability, and functionality.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver products on schedule.
- Develop and refine internal tools to streamline the Revit family creation process.
- Act as the bridge between the technical and commercial aspects of our product lines.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the AEC industry or digital product development (SaaS).
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, Revit software, and architectural/structural workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in managing software development projects, especially plugins or extensions for design software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, global team environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
- Experience in creating detailed product briefs based on thorough market research is a plus.
