Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated B2B Sales Specialist to drive inbound and outbound sales efforts, connecting with businesses and brands seeking customized apparel solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in relationship-building, lead generation, and closing sales, with a strong ability to communicate branding solutions that align with client needs. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, and experience managing a B2B sales pipeline effectively.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and nurture client relationships to drive sales.
Conduct outbound sales calls and lead generation efforts to onboard new brand partnerships.
Present compelling branding solutions, aligning client apparel needs with our product offerings.
Manage a sales pipeline through CRM systems, tracking sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless execution of branded apparel orders.
Consistently achieve or exceed set sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within apparel, branding, or a related industry.
Proven success in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to closing.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries professionally.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
