JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in B2B SEO and lead generation. This role is not just about executing SEO tactics but about delivering measurable, strategic results that drive traffic, local visibility, and qualified leads. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong writing skills, capable of leveraging content-driven SEO to improve rankings and conversions. Experience with AI-powered optimizations and Google Business Manager expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a performance-driven SEO strategy focused on increasing qualified B2B leads and improving local search visibility.
-Conduct daily technical SEO audits and optimizations, addressing advanced fixes that impact performance.
-Implement a content-driven SEO approach, prioritizing high-value keywords and creating high-quality, lead-generating content.
-Execute local SEO strategies, optimizing our Google Business Profile to improve rankings and engagement.
-Monitor and enhance site structure, page load speeds, mobile usability, and schema markup.
-Use AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance content creation, keyword research, and on-page SEO.
-Analyze SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, lead generation, and conversion rates.
-Provide data-backed recommendations to improve search rankings and website performance.
-Track B2B SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Business Manager insights.
-Provide a detailed SEO audit of our website (Upgrade to see actual info) before the interview, showcasing your ability to drive measurable growth.
-Stay ahead of local SEO trends, AI advancements, and Google algorithm updates.

Requirements:
-Proven success in SEO with measurable results—must provide case studies or data-driven proof of SEO growth, lead generation, and ranking improvements.
-B2B SEO expertise (not eCommerce SEO) with experience in driving organic leads and conversions for service-based businesses.
-Strong content writing skills, with experience in on-page SEO and content optimization for lead generation.
-Hands-on experience optimizing Google Business Profiles and understanding local search ranking factors.
-Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Business Manager.
-Experience with AI-powered SEO tools to optimize content and improve rankings.
-Strong familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and CSS for implementing on-site SEO improvements.
-Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, capable of explaining SEO strategies clearly.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with conversion rate optimization to enhance lead generation.
-Knowledge of cybersecurity or IT industry keywords (bonus, but not required).
