JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and persistent Full-Time Lead Generator based in the Philippines to help drive new business opportunities for our niche commercial insurance agency. This role involves working through pre-provided lead lists, calling potential clients, and following up consistently to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable with phone outreach. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus performance-based quarterly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Outreach & Qualification
Work through assigned lead lists systematically and efficiently.
Call potential clients using provided scripts and guidelines.
Engage with decision-makers to introduce our insurance services.
Qualify leads based on business needs and interest level.
Identify key contacts (owners, executives, or decision-makers).

2. Follow-Up & Consistency
Track and manage follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement.
Nurture leads through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and next steps in the CRM.

3. Data Management & Reporting
Keep CRM or lead tracking tools updated with relevant details.
Provide weekly reports on outreach progress and lead quality.
Identify patterns in successful outreach strategies.
Qualifications:

Experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales.
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
Detail-oriented and excellent at follow-up.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
Compensation & Bonuses:

Hourly Pay: Competitive rate based on experience.
Quarterly Bonus Structure (Performance-Based):
Tier 1: $150 bonus for 50 qualified leads per quarter.
Tier 2: $300 bonus for 100 qualified leads per quarter.
Tier 3: $500 bonus for 150+ qualified leads per quarter.

Conversion Bonus: Extra $250 if 10 or more leads convert into paying clients in a quarter.
