JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized B2B Digital Marketing Operations Manager to support our paid media team by managing tasks, coordinating content workflows, and driving efficient execution. The ideal candidate will be the operational backbone of our team, ensuring all campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication with clients is clear and effective.
This role is heavily focused on task management, LinkedIn campaign execution, content optimization, and copywriting, with opportunities to create impactful ad copy and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Task Management and Operational Excellence:
Manage tasks using Upgrade to see actual info, ensuring all projects are on track and deadlines are met.
Maintain a high level of organization, keeping workflows streamlined and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Summarize meeting action items and assign tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers efficiently.
LinkedIn Campaign Management and Remarketing:
Expertly manage and execute content campaigns on LinkedIn, with a focus on remarketing strategies.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement LinkedIn remarketing campaigns that maximize reach and engagement.
Copywriting and Content Creation:
Create compelling ad copy for Google Ads search campaigns, ensuring messages are clear, impactful, and aligned with brand voice.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to write detailed briefs for creative and content assets.
Client Presentations and Communication:
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly presentation decks summarizing campaign progress, insights, and next steps for client meetings.
Organize key insights into visually appealing and easily understandable slides.
Assist with communication between clients, the team lead, and campaign managers.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign management, or content coordination.
Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads, particularly in remarketing and content campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills, with experience in creating effective Google Ads search campaign copy.
High level of organization and detail-oriented approach to task management using Upgrade to see actual info or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using Google Sheets for analysis and reporting purposes.
Preferred Skills:
Experience coordinating marketing projects in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with other paid media platforms, including Upgrade to see actual info Ads and Facebook Ads.
Ability to create client-facing presentations and reports that effectively communicate key insights and recommendations.
