JOB OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic team as a B2B Cold Calling Specialist, setting up high-value calls for a CRM/HubSpot implementation agency. You'll contact qualified prospects in the United States using leads we provide, supported by an advanced automated system to manage your contacts, tasks, and meetings. Your mission is simple: book calls that lead to new client opportunities.

What You'll Do:
Engage with prospects via cold calling to schedule discovery calls with our sales team.
Leverage provided leads and CRM tools to maintain organized outreach efforts.
Build rapport with decision-makers in the digital B2B industry.
Track performance and meet weekly call-booking targets.

You get paid for your performance and will have no income limit. This position has a generous commission structure and is perfect for you If you are confident in your ability to schedule appointments and are ambitious.
High performers have a total income potential of $1,500-$2,000 USD monthly.

Your task will be to make cold calls to our potential clients and book a call with them and our sales manager. Additionally, there is a bonus structure in place for strong weekly performance.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting, ideally in the digital B2B or CRM/HubSpot industry.
Exceptional communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback.
Strong organizational skills to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
