Automotive Dealership Appointment Center

Position Overview
We are seeking three experienced BDC Agents to join our remote team, working directly with automotive dealerships to manage customer appointments and information verification. This is a full-time, remote position requiring availability during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule and confirm appointments for automotive dealership customers
Verify and update customer information in dealership systems
Conduct outbound calls to customers for appointment scheduling and follow-up
Manage inbound customer inquiries
Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication

Required Qualifications

Native or native-equivalent English fluency (This is our #1 requirement)
Proven experience in inbound/outbound sales, preferably with US, European, or Australian customers
Verifiable work history in customer service or sales roles
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Dedicated, quiet workspace free from background noise (pets, children, street noise, etc.)
Stable electricity supply
Ability to work US business hours

Work Schedule & Compensation

Hours: 36-48 hours per week (6 days per week)
Initial schedule: 6 hours per day, with potential to increase to 8 hours
Multiple shifts available during US business hours
Starting pay: $5-$8 per hour
Performance-based bonuses available
Potential to earn up to $10 per hour within 6 months
Paid training and onboarding provided
