Role Overview
As the Client-side Automations Specialist at Mentally Balanced Media (MBM), you will design, implement, and maintain reliable, error-free client-facing automation workflows. Your expertise in Go High Level and
This role requires exceptional technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving a 98?curacy rate in all client-facing automations. You will proactively collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize workflows, provide timely solutions, and drive MBM’s mission of empowering mental health media organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Automation Development:
Design, implement, and test custom workflows using Go High Level and
Regularly optimize existing client automations for performance and reliability.
Support clients during the onboarding process by setting up initial workflows within 5 business days.
Quality Assurance (QA) and Accuracy:
Achieve and maintain a 98% error-free rate in all workflows through rigorous testing and validation.
Use QA checklists and perform end-to-end testing in a staging environment before deployment.
Resolve critical client issues within 24 hours and non-critical issues within 48 hours, escalating unresolved problems within 12 hours if needed.
Proactive Client Engagement:
Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
Actively document and integrate client feedback into workflow optimizations within 5 business days of receiving input.
Identify and recommend automation opportunities to clients that align with their goals.
Workflow Prioritization and Reporting:
Manage multiple client automation requests by following a defined prioritization framework.
Track tasks and progress using
Provide weekly and monthly reports on automation performance, challenges, and impact.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with MBM’s client success and internal teams to align workflows with client expectations and business goals.
Communicate technical concepts and workflow progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Tools and Ecosystem Management:
Integrate and maintain automations across platforms such as Go High Level,
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with API integrations and data flows.
Continuous Improvement and Learning:
Audit client workflows quarterly to identify inefficiencies and propose at least 2 actionable recommendations per client for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation tools, completing at least one professional development course annually.
Share best practices and insights with the MBM team to enhance overall automation standards.

Deliver automation solutions that align with MBM’s mission to support mental health media organizations in achieving their goals through innovative and reliable workflows.
Performance Goals
Automation Accuracy: Maintain a 98% error-free rate in all client-facing workflows.
Turnaround Time:
Deploy simple client workflows within 3 business days.
Complete complex workflows within 7 business days, including QA testing and client review.
Client Satisfaction: Maintain a 90% client satisfaction score based on feedback on automation reliability and effectiveness.
Proactive Optimization: Conduct quarterly audits and deliver at least 2 recommendations per client to improve workflow efficiency.
Timely Communication: Respond to client inquiries within 1 business day and provide weekly progress updates.
