To audit, refine, and automate our systems—integrating AI, automation tools, and no-code solutions to make our platform run like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Do:
? Audit & Optimize: Review our website, tech stack, and operations to identify gaps and inefficiencies
? Streamline Workflows: Implement AI-driven automations for job postings, social media, and client management
? Tech Stack Cleanup: Recommend which tools to keep, improve, or eliminate for maximum efficiency
? Hands-On Implementation: Work directly with our team to roll out changes
? Documentation: Create a clear Tech Stack Playbook explaining what’s been optimized and why
? Training: Provide a hands-on session to ensure the team can manage the new systems with ease
What We’re Looking For:
? Proven experience with Zapier, Make, AI Agents, CRMs, WP Job Manager
? Strong background in no-code automation and process optimization
? Ability to work independently and deliver results within a tight timeframe
? A proactive problem-solver who can spot inefficiencies and improve workflows fast
