Automation Specialist with Expertise in Make.com

**Work Hours:** Flexible (Minimum 20 hours per week; up to 40 hours per week available)

We are seeking a skilled **Automation Specialist** experienced in designing and implementing workflows using **Make.com**. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating diverse automation scenarios, initially for our internal processes and subsequently for our IT clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Scenario Development:**
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows on Make.com tailored to various business needs.
- Develop scenarios that integrate multiple applications and services to streamline operations.
- Ensure scenarios are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

2. **Client Collaboration:**
- Work closely with clients to understand their automation requirements.
- Customize and implement Make.com scenarios to meet specific client needs.

3. **Advanced Workflow Implementation:**
- Create complex automation processes, such as generating automatic responses to incoming emails from Office 365 mailboxes using ChatGPT and dispatching them accordingly.
- Manage and manipulate various parameters to optimize workflow performance.

4. **Documentation and Maintenance:**
- Document all created scenarios, including workflow diagrams and operational manuals.
- Monitor and maintain existing automations to ensure continuous functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within the automated processes.

- Proven experience in **automation and workflow design**, specifically with Make.com.
- Strong understanding of **integration between various applications and services**.
- Ability to create and manage **complex automation scenarios** involving multiple parameters.
