Automation Specialist for Content Creation & Workflow Automation

Kids Cartoon Academy is a fast-growing online art education company that helps kids boost their confidence and creativity through fun, engaging cartoon drawing lessons. Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled and innovative Automation Specialist to revolutionize our content creation process! In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind transforming our weekly live class recordings into a constant stream of engaging social media content. You'll leverage cutting-edge automation tools and AI to streamline workflows, build custom solutions, and maximize our online presence. If you're passionate about automation, love finding efficient solutions, and have a knack for content creation, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
Content Extraction and Repurposing:
Extract valuable content from 12+ hours of weekly live class recordings.
Clip key moments, tips, and engaging interactions into short, shareable segments.
Format content for various platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.).
Create carousel posts, quote cards, and long-form videos.

Automation Development:
Build and maintain custom GPTs (Generative Pre-trained Transformers) for automating tasks like customer support, social media caption writing, email marketing, and sales copy.
Develop automated workflows for content creation using tools like Make.com, Minvo.com, and Vidyo.ai.
Streamline processes for clip extraction, formatting, captioning, and branding.

Scheduling and Posting:
Automate the scheduling and posting of content across platforms using tools like VistaSocial.
Ensure consistent daily posting on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Process Improvement:
Continuously identify opportunities to improve and refine workflows and automation processes.
Stay up-to-date on the latest automation tools and techniques.

Requirements
Essential Skills:
Strong expertise in automation tools, AI-driven software, and content repurposing techniques.
Proficiency with platforms like Make.com, Minvo.com, Vidyo.ai, and VistaSocial (or similar).
Ability to build and maintain custom GPTs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to balance creativity with technical expertise.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Position Details
Hours: Part-time or project-based, with flexible scheduling.
