Automation Specialist – N8N Integrations for Real Estate

We’re looking for an Automation Specialist to streamline workflows in our N8N account. All automations must be chatbot-triggered.


Priority Tasks:

Update Listing Photos – Upload new photos to listing sites from a given link.

Contract Automations – Generate & share real estate contracts (Purchase Offers, Lease Agreements, LOIs, etc.). Bonus: Create custom contracts & send deadline reminders.

Property Valuations – Automate comparable sales/rental analysis.

Postcard Sending – Upload designs & automate mailers. Recommend platforms.

Lead Data Enrichment – Automate skip tracing & update lead details from multiple sources.

Transaction Status Flyers – Create branded MLS-based flyers. Bonus: Send unbranded versions to the team.

Agent Onboarding – Automate onboarding for new realtors.
