Leadhyve is seeking an AI Automation Specialist with a focus on building and optimizing automated workflows using Make.com, Zapier, OpenAI, Airtable, Notion, GoHighLevel (GHL), and other low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly technical and proficient in creating complex automation systems that improve business efficiency and client lead generation.
You will be responsible for building and managing AI-powered automation systems, integrating tools, and ensuring workflows run seamlessly for both Leadhyve and our clients. You'll work closely with our internal team and clients to design and execute automation strategies that increase productivity, scale operations, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Implement Automations: Build automated workflows using Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, and other platforms to streamline lead generation, data management, and business processes.
Continuous Optimization: Monitor and resolve any automation systems that have errors to ensure they remain efficient, accurate, and scalable.
Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation for clients and internal teams to understand and manage the automation systems. Provide training on how to maintain and scale automation solutions.
Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to ensure the automation aligns with company goals and is providing measurable results.
Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise in Make.com and Zapier: Deep knowledge of building and managing automation workflows using Make.com and Zapier.
Experience with Airtable & Notion: Strong experience using Airtable for managing leads, data, and workflows. Familiarity with Notion for documentation and collaboration.
Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL): Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms for integrating lead generation and marketing automation.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and optimize automation workflows for performance.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues independently.
