Automation Specialist & Landing Page Builder – Nichola Davenport Coaching

At Nichola Davenport Coaching, we are dedicated to empowering Women 40+ through coaching and digital content, in person social events and workshops. I am seeking a skilled Automation Specialist & Landing Page Builder to support my business by setting up key systems and processes. Attention to detail is very important.
This role will initially be for a set period to establish workflows and automation. Once everything is set up, work will transition to an as-needed basis for maintenance and optimization.

Job Responsibilities:
• Automation Setup: Design and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier, ManyChat, and MailerLite.
• Landing Page Creation: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, WordPress with Elementor, or similar).
• Email & CRM Integration: Connect email marketing platforms and CRM systems to streamline client communication.
• Payment & Scheduling Systems: Set up and integrate payment gateways and booking systems.
• Tech Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues related to automation, landing pages, and integrations.
• Ongoing Optimization: Ensure systems run smoothly and make improvements as needed.

Position Details:
• Estimated 10 hours per week (subject to change based on workload).
• Initially short-term to get processes fully set up, then transition to an as-needed basis for maintenance.
• Flexible work hours, but must be responsive and available to communicate when needed.

Requirements:
? Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and understanding).
? Strong experience with automation tools (Zapier, ManyChat, MailerLite).
? Experience with landing page builders (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, WordPress, or similar).
? Solid understanding of email marketing & CRM systems.
? Ability to troubleshoot tech issues independently.
? Access to a computer, stable internet, and necessary software applications.
? Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in sales funnel automation & optimization.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook ads & tracking pixels.
• Familiarity with membership sites & online course platforms.

Training & Probation:
• A paid probationary period will be in effect to assess skills and ensure a good fit.
• If the setup phase goes well, there is potential for ongoing work on an as-needed basis.
