## **About the Role**
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Specialist to help optimize and automate our business processes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Shopify, Monday.com, Slack, Zapier, and AI-powered automation tools.

Your primary responsibility will be to create, refine, and manage automation workflows that improve our efficiency. This includes setting up integrations, streamlining data movement between platforms, and assisting in system optimization.

This is an ongoing, long-term position for the right candidate.

## **Responsibilities**
- Build and optimize workflows using Zapier and AI tools
- Set up automation processes in Monday.com to improve team efficiency
- Manage integrations between Shopify, Slack, Monday.com, and other tools
- Ensure seamless data transfer and process automation between platforms
- Troubleshoot and improve existing automation workflows
- Research and suggest new automation strategies to enhance productivity

## **Ideal Candidate**
- Proficient in Zapier & workflow automation (Must-have)
- Experience with Monday.com, Shopify, Slack, and automation tools
- Knowledge of AI-powered automation tools (ChatGPT, Make.com, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to optimize existing systems
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of automation tasks

- Salary: $150-$200/month (Based on experience)
- Work Hours: 2-3 hours per day (Monday-Friday, flexible schedule)
- Fully Remote – Work from Anywhere
