Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a hardworking Automation Specialist to join our team on an on-demand basis.
This is a part-time gig, meaning we’re looking for someone we can call when we need help improving or automating our business processes. If you’re someone who’s willing and comfortable stepping in when needed, this role may be a great fit for you!

What Does an Automation Specialist Do?
As an Automation Specialist, you will:

Automate and optimize business processes to save time and reduce errors.
Design and implement workflows that streamline operations.
Troubleshoot and improve existing automations to ensure seamless performance.
Collaborate with the team to understand pain points and automate manual tasks.
Build integrations across various apps and platforms, ensuring data flows effortlessly and securely.
Stay updated on the latest automation tools, features, and best practices.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Set up, monitor, and optimize automations that integrate various applications (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, CRM tools, etc.).
Troubleshoot issues and ensure workflows continue to function smoothly.
Work on specific tasks and projects as they arise — this could include creating new workflows or optimizing existing ones.
Support ad-hoc requests as needed — you’ll be the go-to expert when a new challenge or opportunity to automate presents itself.
Contribute to building a more systematic approach to our business operations.
Compensation:
Pay will be based on your performance. There will be an initial paid trial week, during which your performance will be assessed.
