Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Credit Repair Cloud and Tax Dome and will be responsible for creating and managing automations for both tax office and credit repair processes. This role requires expertise in automation tools and a deep understanding of our specific needs in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automations using Credit Repair Cloud and Tax Dome.
Create workflows to streamline tax office operations and credit repair processes.
Configure automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems.
Collaborate with the team to understand automation needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with Credit Repair Cloud and Tax Dome.
Strong background in creating and managing automations for business processes.
Proficiency in automation tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and understand requirements.
Requirements:

Reliable internet connection and a computer with necessary software.
Availability to work 20 hours per week.
Demonstrated experience in creating automations for tax and credit repair processes.
