Key Responsibilities
Design and implement automation workflows using Zapier, Make.com, and n8n to optimize business operations.

Develop, deploy, and maintain chatbots on platforms like ManyChat and Botpress for customer support and engagement.

Integrate automation solutions with websites and other digital platforms.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes to improve performance and efficiency.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to identify automation opportunities.

Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.

Stay up to date with the latest automation technologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with Zapier, Make.com, and n8n.

Strong chatbot development skills with ManyChat and Botpress.

Experience integrating automation tools with websites and CRMs.

Ability to analyze business processes and recommend automation solutions.

Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
