JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as an Automation & AI Integration Specialist. This role will focus on leveraging automation tools and artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support growth across various functions, including social media, sales, website management, and data handling. The ideal candidate will be experienced in process automation, AI tool integration, and IT systems, with a passion for driving innovation and improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation of Business Processes:

Automate repetitive and manual tasks across the business, including administrative, customer service, and operational tasks.
Implement automation workflows using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, and AI-based platforms.
Set up and maintain automated processes for social media content scheduling, email marketing, and sales outreach.
Automate lead generation, lead tracking, and follow-up communication across platforms like Facebook, email, and other CRM tools.
Streamline business evaluation tasks, including financial reporting and performance analysis, through automation.
Website Development and Content Management:

Assist in maintaining and improving the company's website, ensuring it aligns with business goals and is optimized for user engagement.
Automate content updates and integrate AI-driven solutions to personalize website experiences.
Support SEO efforts through content optimization and automated updates.
AI Integration and Automation for Marketing and Sales:

Integrate AI-based tools (e.g., GPT models) for content creation, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Automate sales processes, including client engagement, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns.
Use AI to drive insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and performance forecasting.
Data Management and Reporting:

Automate data entry, organization, and reporting tasks to ensure accurate and timely insights.
Manage and automate CRM data, lead categorization, and analytics reports.
Implement systems for managing customer feedback and automating responses.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:

Participate in business process meetings to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement automated workflows that improve overall efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Regularly assess automation solutions and optimize them for better performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, etc.) and AI technologies (GPT, machine learning platforms).
Strong technical background with knowledge of website development, CRM systems, and data management tools.
Experience in automating marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for process improvement.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate or private equity industries.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools.
Experience with AI-based marketing tools and predictive analytics.
