Automation & AI Integration Expert

Location: Remote
Compensation: $3 an hour to start – potential for full-time hire and long-term collaboration

About the Role:
I’m seeking a highly skilled Automation Expert who can work across multiple ventures to optimize workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and unlock the full power of AI integrations. If you thrive at the intersection of systems thinking, no-code/low-code platforms, and emerging AI tools, this is an opportunity to impact several fast-moving businesses with your expertise directly.

This role will start on a project basis. If we align well, this will evolve into a long-term, potentially full-time position with significant autonomy and growth potential.

What You'll Do:

Audit existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization

Design and implement automation pipelines using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Airtable, Notion, etc.

Leverage AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, open-source LLMs, etc.) to enhance internal operations, content workflows, and customer engagement systems

Integrate APIs and build custom solutions when off-the-shelf tools aren’t enough

Maintain and improve systems over time with a proactive mindset for iteration and scalability

Collaborate across different business teams to understand needs and deliver smart solutions fast

What I'm Looking For:

Deep understanding of automation tools and AI platforms

Strong ability to analyze systems and improve processes end-to-end

Experience working with founders, startups, or in fast-paced environments

Bonus if you can code (Python, JavaScript, etc.), but not required

Self-starter with excellent communication and documentation skills
