We are looking for an Automation & AI Chatbot Specialist to develop and optimize our customer service automation system. This role requires expertise in AI-powered chatbots, workflow automation (Zapier,
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Maintain AI Chatbot:
Build and manage a chatbot that integrates with Shopify, ClickUp, and customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias).
Implement dynamic FAQ retrieval from a centralized knowledge hub (ClickUp, Airtable, or Google Sheets).
Continuously improve chatbot responses based on customer interactions and data insights.
Automate Customer Service Workflows:
Set up automation for order tracking, return requests, and VIP sign-ups using Zapier,
Implement triggers for real-time order updates, return labels, and out-of-stock notifications.
Optimize chatbot escalation to human agents when necessary.
Data Structuring & Integration:
Organize and maintain a structured, searchable FAQ database.
Sync chatbot interactions with ClickUp for tracking unanswered questions and areas for improvement.
Set up real-time performance tracking dashboards (Google Data Studio).
Optimize & Scale Automation Systems:
Conduct regular audits to identify gaps in chatbot responses and automation workflows.
Implement A/B testing to improve chatbot engagement and resolution rates.
Expand chatbot integrations to new marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
Requirements:
? Proven experience in chatbot development (ChatGPT API, ManyChat, Tidio, Drift, or similar).
? Strong expertise in Zapier,
? Experience integrating AI chatbots with Shopify, ClickUp, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
? Ability to structure and manage customer service FAQs in ClickUp, Airtable, or Google Sheets.
? Strong problem-solving skills and experience optimizing customer service workflows.
? Experience with SMS/email automation tools (Twilio, Klaviyo) is a plus.
