AutoCAD Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist (Remote - Must Have Strong English Proficiency)

We are seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD Specialist with expertise in architectural drafting and 3D/4D rendering, who must have strong English proficiency in both comprehension and communication. This role requires working with walkthrough videos, narrated instructions, and sketches to create precise plans and realistic 3D visualizations. If you are not fluent in English and cannot follow detailed spoken instructions in video and audio format, this position is not a good fit for you.

Responsibilities:
Transform walkthrough videos and narrated instructions into detailed AutoCAD drawings for various projects, including custom closets, kitchens, laundry rooms, and full home layouts.
Create realistic 3D/4D renderings based on provided sketches and measurements.
Review and adjust plans based on video and audio feedback, with changes marked up in English.
Ensure designs comply with U.S. building codes for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural engineering.
Work efficiently and independently to deliver high-quality drawings and renderings.

Mandatory Requirements:
Fluent in English – Must fully understand and execute instructions given via video walkthroughs, narrated audio, and marked-up sketches in English.
AutoCAD expertise – Strong skills in 2D and 3D architectural drafting.
3D/4D Rendering Proficiency – Ability to create photo-realistic representations of architectural spaces.
Attention to Detail – Ability to follow precise instructions without repetitive clarifications.
Independent Problem-Solving Skills – Must be able to interpret instructions and execute changes efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with U.S. building codes for structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Prior work in custom residential or commercial designs.
Familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software is a plus.
