Auto & Home Insurance Sales

We are a US-based & California Insurance Agency looking to hire a high-performing, motivated, and experienced Auto & Home Insurance Sales Representative.

The main responsibility involves closing warm leads provided by the company, assisting potential clients with their auto and home insurance needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

!!!!NO COLD CALLING – ONLY INBOUND LEADS!!!!
We provide a steady stream of qualified leads—your job is to convert them into policies!

If you are:
- A strong closer with a proven track record in insurance sales
- Open to working from 9 AM to 6 PM PST
- Comfortable working with an open camera (Zoom)
- Experienced in US Personal Lines Insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

You must possess skills in:
1 Quoting and closing Auto & Home insurance policies (strong sales skills required)
2 Following up with leads and overcoming objections professionally
3 Explaining coverage options and helping clients select the best policies
4 Managing and tracking sales progress in a CRM system
5 Assisting with policy issuance and client onboarding
6 Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
