Australian Migration Agent/Lawyer Paralegal/Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Australian immigration case specialist to assist a reputable Australian immigration lawyer/agent with the preparation of Partner and Spouse visa applications.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and preparing applications for the following visa subclasses:

Partner & Spouse Visas – Subclass 820, 801, 309, 100, and 300
Tourist Visas (preferred but not essential) – Subclass 600
Who We Are Looking For
? Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience preparing Partner visa applications.
? Expertise in Australian immigration law related to Partner visas – we are NOT looking for general legal experience in other fields.
? Strong English communication skills – you must be able to liaise with clients professionally via email and phone (VOIP).
? Ability to work independently while being supervised by our legal team.
