Audio Engineer - Post-Production for YouTube

We’re looking for an experienced Audio Engineer to mix, master, and optimize voice recordings for a high-quality YouTube channel. Your job is to ensure crisp, professional, and engaging audio that competes with top-tier creators.

Responsibilities:
• Clean, mix, and master voiceovers recorded on a Shure SM7dB mic
• Remove background noise, harsh frequencies, and plosives
• Apply EQ, compression, de-essing, and limiting for clarity and warmth
• Match YouTube LUFS standards (-14dB) and ensure a balanced sound
• Use AI-enhanced speech tools (if needed) for superior quality
• Deliver ready-to-upload audio files with quick turnaround
Develop a repeatable process to apply to our audio

Requirements:
• Proven experience optimizing YouTube or podcast audio
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Audition, or any DAW
• Understanding of broadcast-level mixing & mastering
• Ability to match industry standards (compare against top creators)
• Fast, reliable, and able to work on a per-video basis
