We’re looking for an Audio Engineer who not only excels in vocal mixing and mastering but is also eager to step into a customer-facing role, helping clients troubleshoot issues and ensuring their projects meet their vision.

Key Responsibilities
* Mix and master hip-hop and R&B vocals to achieve a professional and radio-ready sound.
* Collaborate closely with artists and producers to capture the desired tone, emotion, and energy of their music.
* Develop and refine vocal presets that meet industry standards and cater to the needs of our customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication, troubleshooting issues, and timely revisions to meet client expectations.
* Perform vocal tuning, timing adjustments, and layering to enhance overall performance quality.
* Use creative effects and genre-specific techniques (e.g., pitch correction, reverb, delay, etc.) to craft standout tracks.
* Stay organized and manage multiple projects, including session files, stems, and revisions.
* Keep up with trends in vocal production, particularly in the hip-hop and R&B space.

What We’re Looking For
* Proficiency in DAWs Like: Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio, or Ableton Live preferred.
* Proficiency using Waves Audio Plugins (3rd Party Plugins)
* Expertise in vocal processing tools and techniques, including EQ, compression, reverb, delay, Auto-Tune, and Melodyne.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
* A portfolio showcasing hip-hop and R&B vocal mixing and mastering.
* Experience in customer service, with a proven ability to troubleshoot, communicate effectively, and handle feedback professionally.
* Bonus: Experience with beat alignment, vocal layering, and production for these genres.
