We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to the Sales Manager to support our sales team in a fast-paced apparel industry environment. The ideal candidate must have experience working with CEOs, executives, and founders and be highly organized with strong reporting and administrative skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure commission reports are regularly updated and accurate.
Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute them as necessary.
Prepare, manage, and maintain all assigned sales reports.
Assist the Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks and communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to track sales performance and progress.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support in preparing presentations, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
Assist in maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
Stay updated on trends and insights within the apparel industry.

Qualifications & Skills
5 years+ of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
Proven Sales / Business Development experience
Previous experience supporting CEOs, executives, or founders.
Strong knowledge of the apparel industry and sales operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
