TalentFuze is a VA company that connects talented virtual assistants with our marketing agency partners across the globe. We're currently looking for a creative and reliable Assistant to support our Graphic Designer (Paige) in bringing design projects to life! From producing ad creatives to prepping production graphics, you’ll play a key role in supporting our in-house design efforts.

If you’ve got a knack for layout, an eye for aesthetics, and you’re confident using Adobe and Canva, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with our in-house designer on ad creatives, production graphics, and marketing visuals

Execute design-heavy tasks under guidance, with strong attention to brand consistency

Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create and revise graphics

Optional: Support video editing using tools like Opus Clip, Descript, or CapCut

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Comfortable designing in Canva for quick-turnaround projects

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design trends and typography

Bonus: Experience with video editing tools (Opus Clip, Descript, CapCut)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Work Style

Flexible, part-time role with potential to expand based on your strengths and team needs

Some overlap with our core team is preferred for smooth project handoffs and check-ins

Self-starter mindset—able to take initiative and manage time effectively
