Assistant To Sales Managed

YEG Movers is growing, and we’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager’s Assistant to help support our sales team and streamline the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced moving and storage company.

This is NOT your average admin job — you’ll be deeply involved in the sales process, client interactions, and backend systems that help us move homes and businesses efficiently.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Watch and review video estimates sent by clients, input inventory into our system, and create detailed moving estimates for our sales team to present.

Answer overflow calls when our main lines are busy.

Follow up via text and email with prospects and clients on behalf of the sales reps.

Set sales appointments and assist in calendar management.

Cold call potential clients as needed to generate new business.

Conduct feedback calls post-move to gather testimonials and improve customer experience.

Collect data for direct mail/postcard campaigns (i.e., compiling addresses of potential clients).

Run reports to track sales metrics and campaign performance.

Help build and improve systems and processes to support long-term growth.

? Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience (closing experience is a big plus).

Strong communication skills – clear, confident, and personable over the phone and on video.

Typing speed of 50+ WPM (you will be tested).

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Comfortable conducting video calls with clients as needed.

Tech-savvy and able to pick up new software quickly.

Have experience in the moving, logistics, or service industry

Are familiar with CRMs, moving software, or estimating tools

Have a background in appointment setting or remote support roles
