Position: Assistant, Talent Scout
Reports To: Talent Manager

About Crusader Talent:
Crusader Talent is a talent management agency representing gaming and chess content creators in the digital space. We specialize in helping creators grow their brands, secure sponsorships, and build sustainable careers in the creator economy. Crusader Talent is seeking a motivated Assistant Talent Scout to help identify and recruit emerging talent across platforms like YouTube and Twitch.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Discovery:
- Research and identify up-and-coming creators and influencers in the digital space who align with Crusader Talent’s values and focus areas.
- Monitor trends and emerging niches on platforms like YouTube and Twitch to spot potential talent.
- Compile detailed profiles of potential talent, including metrics like audience size, engagement rates, and content style.

Outreach and Communication:
- Assist with initial outreach to potential clients to gauge interest in representation.
- Communicate professionally with creators and their representatives to schedule meetings and gather information.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update the talent pipeline database with detailed notes on scouting activities and prospects.
- Provide support during talent onboarding, including assisting with contract preparation and gathering necessary documents.
- Organize and prioritize scouting tasks to ensure alignment with Crusader Talent’s recruitment goals.

Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the Talent Manager to strategize on recruiting priorities.
- Provide regular reports on scouting progress, including insights into the digital landscape and creator economy trends.

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with platforms like YouTube and Twitch and a deep understanding of gaming culture.
- Strong analytical skills to assess creator metrics, engagement, and potential for growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple scouting projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude and ability to work independently.
- Passion for supporting creators and understanding the nuances of the creator economy.
- Previous experience in talent scouting, management, or a related field is a plus but not required.
