This position is either a 30 hour or 40 hour position - Please indicate your preference. This position will serve as Assistant Property Manager… overseeing a small real estate portfolio, but also assisting with Owner’s occasional community work and personal tasks.

The position’s hours are flexible and is fully remote, but will be required to be available eight hours somewhere between 8 AM - 6 PM CST weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends, but only as needed.
The real estate tasks will include:
• Research/ interview/manage third parties such as contractors and tenants;
• analyze trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as create and implement strategies to meet KPIs;
• assist with record keeping & bookkeeping;
• fill out various reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
• setting up systems & processes; among other tasks.
Upon demonstrated success, additional projects could include:
• Overseeing development of new units
• Assisting with other growth opportunities.
Executive assistant tasks may include:
• Replying to
• Managing calendar
• Booking travel and appointments,
• Researching and making recommendations, among other tasks.
This position requires previous experience in property management or similar project management that is a fast learner.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be able to juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis, pivot quickly, yet stays organized.

This position will require:
• Excellent English speaking and writing.
• Proficient at Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and pdf editing.
• Minimum a year commitment…ideally multiple years with growth.
Pay is between $7-8/hour depending on the candidate, experience, and value-add. Bonuses will be available based on performance.
This is an independent contract position. You are responsible for filing your taxes. This position requires a multi-step hiring process conducted over the course of several weeks.
