Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines.
The Assistant Marketing Director will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to execute and optimize creative marketing campaigns. This role involves hands-on content creation, graphic design, and strategic execution to maintain and grow our online presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across multiple channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design daily 1-image slides using Canva and publish posts on multiple platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.
- Develop visually appealing templates, lead magnets, e-books, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s style guide to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
- Create and manage
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages to drive leads and conversions.
- Implement feedback and continuously improve user experiences.
- Assist in developing lead-generation strategies and nurturing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media,
- Proven expertise in graphic design and content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Canva for creating high-quality graphics.
- Understanding of brand styling and design principles.
- Experience in building and managing marketing funnels and landing pages.
