Assistant Community Manager and Outreach Specialist

BUMP Global TV is seeking a dedicated and proactive assistant to support community management and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing day-to-day interactions within Facebook groups, streamlining communication, and supporting the growth of the BUMP community. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering relationships within online communities.

Key Responsibilities

>Facebook Community Management:

Engage with members in Facebook groups, responding to messages and comments to foster community interaction.
Tag members in relevant posts or documents when they have questions.
Identify inactive members and encourage their participation.
Post reminders and updates about upcoming events, such as BUMP calls.
Conduct outreach to potential leads through Facebook Messenger to build relationships and schedule sales calls.

Documentation and Training Support:

Organize and point members to the correct documents or resources as needed.
Identify gaps in training materials or processes and communicate these to the BUMP team for follow-up.

Content Creation Assistance:

Collaborate with the BUMP team to record and post daily videos showcasing updates and member success stories on social media and the ENTV platform.
Assist in coordinating interviews and live sessions with members to highlight their progress.

Outreach and Lead Nurturing:

Proactively message and engage with leads who have already interacted with the brand, creating warm outreach opportunities.
Help set up sales calls by reaching out to leads via Facebook Messenger.

General Administrative Support:

Monitor and respond to messages and inquiries sent to the support email (e.g., support@bumpglobaltv.com).
Handle basic customer service tasks and escalate only critical issues to leadership.

Video Editing Support (Optional/Desired):

If capable, assist with basic video editing to create polished content for social media and ENTV.
